• [x] apps have external links to databases where appropriate
• [x] apps have above/below text written, with appropriate links, downloads, and license info
• [x] tooltip text is mostly the stuff you provided, and the rest is filled in by me. 2-3 may be not completely correct
• [x] above/below text might not be exactly the way you want it
