Added VictoriaMetrics Single #30

Hi @denisgolius,

Thank you for your PR. Unfortunately, as written in our Readme we currently do not accept new apps. Therefore I have to reject this changes.

We will let you know once we change the rules here and accept contributions.

Hey @Flipez ! As I see you have added prometheus+grafana stack to hetzner apps https://github.com/hetznercloud/apps/pull/47 . What about to add VictoriaMetrics from this PR?
