Increase the speed of txz decompression by using the threaded xz-util package. (currently installed on rescue system)
Added abstraction for future improvements. If pigz and lbzip2 are installed on the rescue system, we can thread tgz and tbz too!

I'm closing this pull request because they are rare instances where it may fail. I did further extensive testing and did not pass.
