Add buttons in the rviz panel to make use of new services #97

Recent merges have added quite a few services to the driver, which should be exposed in the rviz panel.

These might need their own tab, particularly the arm stuff, since I think there are quite a few things there. The other two might be added to the main panel if there's space. But maybe better to have them in their own tab.

Roll over and dock commands were added by #112.
