How can I set default date to 2011-01-01 in starts and 2011-12-31 in Ends? #20

I would like to run Gcal2Excel in task scheduler. I would like to set the start 
date to 2011-01-01 and Ends date to 2011-12-31 So that the filename is always 
the same, but every time I run the application it use today date. How can I set 
default date to 2011-01-01 in starts and 2011-12-31 in Ends?
