New aerOS changes

This PR will track the progress of next major release of aerOS. Will Merge only when all the features are complete.

• [ ] Use Custom GNOME theme (https://github.com/vinceliuice/Graphite-gtk-theme).
• [ ] Includes these GNOME Extensions (with default configs): Desktop Icons NG, Dash to Dock, Vitals, Blur my shell, OpenWeather, QuickSettingsTweaker, User Avatar, Coverflow, Caffine, Unblank Screen, User Themes.
• [ ] Includes Custom Wallpapers (Default with Light Mode: wallpaper32) (Default Dark Mode: wallpaper31).
• [ ] Default GNOME Color mode: Dark Mode.
• [x] Default Display Protocol: X11 not wayland.
• [x] Includes flatpak (for gnome appstore) and yay (for console).
• [x] Use aerOS logo in plymouth splash boot.
• [x] Use aeroS name in boot menu.

Very busy with studies .. don't know how long it'll take let's see. :smiley:
