Add support for X300 #40

Use the linker command line to allow specifying the MEMORY block addresses in a separate file, and use offsets inside the respective zone linker scripts. These could later be generated by the configurator, for example.
Refactor the BTNs, IRQs and LEDs to platform.h inside the bsp, this allows X300 to coexist with the others (different BTNs, IRQs and LEDs).

I have tested on the E31 (v19.02), S51 and X300 following Don's test sequence. No issues apart from the currently reported/known issues:

This is ready for merge, suggest Rebase changes atop.
