Improvements to the README #136

After a nice online chat earlier this morning I've found out about some details end-users would appreciate being pointed out at the project's readme file. They're mostly related to the command-line interface and the screenshot/scale keybindings not being documented anywhere.

I've updated the list of available keys to better explain their behaviour on latest FreeJ2ME and added an Usage section describing the possible ways of launching the emulator.
