Add toolbar buttons for Mirror Horizontal and Vertical

There does not appear to be any shortcut keys or toolbar buttons for Mirror 
Horizontal and Mirror Vertical.

I would like to see these at least added as toolbar button options.

I found that I can add shortcut keys, but still would like to see them added as

3.0 has removed the toolbar entirely, at least for now, so that makes it 
somewhat of a moot point.

At least for now. It was always a cause of problems, as it was never compatible 
with the automatic window resizing, and 3.0 has custom window styles which 
would cause even more work trying to get the toolbar styled right. There might 
be some kind of replacement at some point, we'll see.
