We will want to use this for all student fields that we store.

[x] - Add a new belt entity
[x] - Add a new belt schema
[x] - Update the student schema to include a belt
[x] - Update the way we access the belt data in the students view
[x] - Add tests for the student schema
[x] - Add tests for the students list view
