To make demonstrations easier, create integration files that can be used in hexa-orchestrator and hexa cli to auto-configure provisioning to local opa bundle servers.

Currently you have to create an integration file includeing the CA_CERT by hand.

Will either do this as documentation or as a script that uses the Hexa CLI "export" function.
