Enable the canarybank app to support multiple auth providers. Starting with cognito and microsoft. Pass auth provider secrets via env vars

how to accept the story? url: https://canarybank.hexademo.org/

login with cognito and azure and you should be successfully authenticated with the credentials in each(cognito and azure). please make sure to logout after each attempt.
