A GM screen is added per user and can be used during playing sessions

[ ] It has a title
[ ] easily readable reminders with the option to have them pop out
[x] expandable sections for rules
[x] links to other content
[ ] section for the group of characters
[x] section for generation lists, e.g. names or weather
