Replace Aplite-like scrollLayer with a custom implementation #8

The note viewer should follow PebbleOS 3 design standards (arrow at bottom instead of dithered shadow, slightly larger text, slight padding on all sides). It could also have note info at the top/bottom (e.g. date added, if there's a reminder, ect), and use the same background color as in-app.

Hopefully not so long term after all. This will probably be the only major user-visible change between now and the first published release.

Shadow has been removed. This issue is way too broad, so I'm splitting the rest into #10, #11, #12, and #13.
