To that end, do I want to show a green check mark for all x > 0. It's kind of silly to say congratulations you are ahead your opponent by 0.5 seconds on average in game modes that last 20 minutes...
I think the range over which the "neutral" response is returned should be larger and in fact dynamically larger given the game modes chosen
