Frontend support for https://github.com/hexbear-collective/lemmy/pull/5

In summary:

Updated modlog page to include 3 new inputs for filtering by action, mod, or user
Minor fix for bug where community name on modlog page isn't loaded until second fetch
Created a generalized 'Dropdown' component for use here (can also be used to refactor the navbar user dropdown)

Question:

There is a 'ModHideCommunity' log category which is being loaded but isn't being displayed in the frontend. Is this intentional?
