Update README.md #14

I tryed to use your workspace example but in order to use it you need to first add the git rule to your workspace.

I think this should be added to your README so that a user could just copy and past it to its workspace. If they have the git repo rules already this would not break them;)

Additionaly i want to thank your for this project since it makes using the arm-toolchain as easy as possible
