How to make Plymouth work. #229

So, does someone knows how to get Plymouth to work correctly? The other day by mistake I made it change from dmesg to Plymouth during boot and it only showed some white squares over a gray background. I searched on Google but everything seems to be oriented for GRUB+Plymouth. Thank you in advance to whomever might answer.

it has already been asked before it is possible but you would have to rebuild the kelner
