there is a hack to at least make opengl working with sometimes visual artifacts - see: https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/mesa/mesa/-/issues/3505#note_627006

i have added it to this repo: https://github.com/hexdump0815/mesa-etc-build/commit/131236e29392debc903e08a986ae99d9f97b38d5 for future builds and will add at least an ubuntu mesa build with this hack enabled to the current release as opt-mesa-armv7l-ubuntu-cbt.tar.gz
