gettext package shows current at v0.14 when current is actually v0.13.1

I'm currently looking at the HexFaktor page for my project:

• https://beta.hexfaktor.org/github/udia-software/udia

It states that the gettext package current is v0.14.0, however when checking:

• https://hex.pm/packages/gettext
• https://github.com/elixir-lang/gettext/releases the current release for gettext is v0.13.1
