Suggestion: use wttr.in instead of openweathermap.com #7

From a reddit user suggestion.

If this avoids the need for API signup this would probably be a better option to use.

Looks like wttr.in also requires an external API signup. It also has a bunch of python dependencies.

I think for now a wget to openweather's api is the simpler solution for weather.
