Tabber not working inside of a template? #2

I was hoping to use tabber inside of a template, but it doesn't seem to
work.  Any ideas what is causing this of if there is a fix?  You can see
what was being attempted at

Well... I havent found a solution yet... In my own Wiki site, I have to use the 
extension "VariablesExtension". In the template, I convert the {{{data}}} into 
a 
variable, then pass that varible into the extension tag.

** template **
{{
#vardefine:tabberText|{{{data}}} 
}} 

<tabber>
tab1='{{#var:tabberText}}'
</tabber>
