clean up themes & plugins #2163

I have modified the script for checking duplicate theme names, as it's no longer an issue since https://github.com/hexojs/site/pull/2038 Additionally, I wrote a script to automatically check whether a theme's repository has been moved or deleted. I will add it to GitHub Actions later for automatic execution.
