It would be nice if users could just double click a FlashDevelop project file and get to work immediately.

I usually don't like including IDE specific files in my repos. Not everyone uses FlashDevelop. In addition there really isn't anything to compile right now. The repo is just a collection of extern files.

To get this working in FD it may be an extra step, but it just keeps the repo cleaner imo. Use a .gitignore to exclude *.hxproj as well.
