As Lightning nodes get value from their age and open channels to good peers we need to start maintaining our node as soon as possible.

The current network fee is favorable for deploying new channels, so there is a time window when we can cheaply get a neat place in future liquidity flows.

Goal is:

[ ] Get stable Eclair node (as we want to add custom plugins for the node in future) bound to ergvein.net
[ ] Get liquidity for the node about 2 BTC.
[ ] Get good score on Lightning monitor
