Fixes #1024. But before we merge this PR, first we need to fix the coin selection algorithm. So far, we can send transactions that always have the change output.
Refactoring of Sepulcas.Elements.Input module.
Added the "Tor and proxy" page to the wallet settings page after authorization. Also the design of the "tor and proxy" page has been slightly changed.
Removed unused settings such as settingsReqUrlNum and settingsActUrlNum.
