Delay of seed backup #981

The main goal is simplify creation of wallet. User should be able to receive some money as soon as possible.

  1. Don't show seed and seed check screen at creation time.
  2. Show annoying warning plate under balance that user has to backup seed to not lose his money.
  3. The warning disappears only when user pass seed check.
