Drop BoxId from Box #169

Drop BoxId from Box

We don't need to carry it around since it's computed from transaction.  This
allows to eliminate PreBox & PreTx on the flip side we have to introduce IBox
which caches box ID. Still it simplify user-facing API by removing Tx/PreTx
distinction
