Goear 2.0 (Can Not Connext to internet)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Run Patapon 2 demo
2.Run Hbl
3.Run Goear 2.0

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
To Connect to the internet but it doesnt connect

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
R95 on Psp Go N1004

Please provide any additional information below.
This was fixed in R95 the homebrew loaded but on cfw the hombrew connects to 
the network at startup but on hbl the homebrew continues to the menu and when 
you press start and then it says not connected to the internet!

@nozepikka  no it isn't ! thats something else but what im saying here that the 
homebrew doesnt ask for internet connection and it works fine on psp 2000 5.50 
gen but it doesnt on psp go
