Same as erasche/docker-rstudio-notebook#1, with lsb-release installed before cleaning the apt caches, and without removal of the assignment to .First (commit 0bdcb159d0f2209747b6b350ec2a676bc381763e).

@bcclaywell just wanted to say an extra "Thank you" for submitting this PR. The RStudio update you made fixed a bug I was debugging with login, we're a lot closer to releasing and hopefully getting this in galaxy core as a result. Thanks again!
