inhibit loading icon when single frame stepping #5

it is a bit jarring when single frame stepping when the loading/buffering indicator pops up for a tiny period of time. It would be nice if this could be inhibited, or hidden behind a larger timeout when stepping

Hi @nzjrs, I probably won't be able to get around to this any time soon but yes, I agree, quite jarring. Next time I get around to this project, I'll see what I can do. Thanks for submitting this bug!
