Add instructions for debugging custom regex, note about reloading VSCode

Not sure where on the page this should go but this took a bit to figure out so wanted to share the info.

(Quickly emulating the logic Headwind runs in the extension for the Regex code, and learning that you have to reload window if you make changes)
