This is an effort to standardize the namespacing within the solution.

Subtasks
1. Place Silverlight components under org.iringtools.
2. Remove all old namesapces (org.ids_adi and IDS_ADI.iRINGTools) and 
reorganize into new namesapces (org.iringtools)
