Handling how duplicate results appear

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. search for a class/template that exists more than once in a triple store
2. search for a class/template that exists more than once in different
triple stores

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
expected output:
• TAG NAME
• TAG NAME [Duplicate]
• TAG NAME [Duplicate 2]
• TAG NAME (My Private Sandbox)
• TAG NAME (My Private Sandbox) [Duplicate]
• TAG NAME (My Private Sandbox) [Duplicate 3]

current:
• TAG NAME
• TAG NAME
• TAG NAME

Fixed.

Following assumptions were made while fixing:
1.No duplicates in ReferenceData
2.ReferenceData will always be named "ReferenceData" in Repositories.xml
3.Case-insensitive
