This definitely either needs to be either in its own branch or a config setting, as I'm sure many may not be entirely comfortable with the feature.

Side note, the interface code/frame info is also packaged in the retail classic builds, not just the PTR builds. Might just be CASC explorer mistakenly picking it up, but who cares.

Also I am not a Lua guy. Trying to just port the template frame to 3.3.5a was not successful whatsoever, so might not be me that ends up figuring this out. 😦

Not only is the code included in the live Classic builds, if one manages to connect to the PTR servers instead of the live servers, it also has the template character feature available to use. Ask me how I know.
