Hospital ticket system

outdoor ticket booth (add prop)
ticket booth would run as a simple yes no check if you have a ticket item in your inventory to open the booth.. if yes booths go down.
add timer on ticket booth for the vehicle... 10 min for example if the timer runs out the vehicle is moved to the impound
add qbnotify message that their vehicle has been impounded
