Description

This PR updates react-native-calendars to the latest version.

How has this been tested?

Tested the Stats screen and the manual entry in the following devices:

Android 11 - Physical device and Emulator

I've created another PR. That last one was a little bit messy 😅. Hope this one is better. And I also removed some types that were been imported in Calendar, due to the type updates from the lib. Please, let me know if there's anything wrong so I can fix it ASAP.

I tested iOS btw
