pip version has the alias missing in ensure_index while it is present on your github repo #98

Hi,

While installing via pip, I noticed that a bug which seemed to be solved here on your repo, is not fixed on the pip version. The alias isn't passed to ensure_index and to self.col. Can you make sure that pip installations also get the latest version?
