Hi,

I'm working in this project. the readme is in pt-br, but all code documentation is in english.

This project have 100% of code tested and have pure functional principles with linters guarantee this feat.

I tested with stryker-mutator too, the score is high.

IMO README should be in English. What do you think @heynickc ?
