On mouse hover over image icon, Title should be shown as "My Portfolio". #83

At footer, There is an Image Icon of your Portfolio. I want to add title for it. On mouse hover over image icon, Title should be shown "My Portfolio".

I want to work on this issue. Hi @heysagnik Can you assign me this issue.
