Bug: Choosing AM/PM makes task get added in scheduled. #17

When you don't fill the time and just add AM/PM, task is added in scheduled without time. I have attached a video preview below.

@heysagnik I created a pr. Thank you We can also disable the clock button if no "new todo" text is added and also disable "Done" button if no time selected...
