Unimplemented Robot API operations send response with error message. #216

When attempting to invoke unimplemented Robot/Data API operations via the Wave 
API Java client library - causes an error. The server sends a json with and 
error message - and when client fails when tries to parse it.
I suggest instead to silently ignore unimplemented operations - in order to 
allow higher degree of backwards compatibility with GWave.

On the second thought, since there are too many differences between GWave and 
WIAB caused by unimplemented operations and inconsistencies, maybe it would be 
better just to state that they are not fully compatible even if that means that 
many GWave extensions won't work in WIAB without modifications.
