FTP downloads are looking for scenes in the wrong directory #166

When FTP dloads kick off they are searching for scenes in the 
/data/standard_l1t/LT/* dir, which does not exist.

Should be /data/standard_l1t/tm/  or /data/standard_l1t/etm/.

Modified the code to cleanup util.get_sensor and to choose the correct tm and 
etm source directory

Updated both the trunk and the espa-2.4.0-release
