This may result in a different size image compared to the other bands.  And it 
is known that our conversion to hdf-eos2 has an issue with that.

A decision has been made to never resize the L7 Band8 pixel sizes.

Modified the code to not resize the pixels for all Landsat 7 Band 8 data.
