Verify cfmask filename in espa 2.4.0 #187

Science checkout reports that the cfmask band named is actually being called 
"fmask".  

Confirm with product owner if this is the desired specification.

science code is being modified to correct the filename.

Usage of fmask in the processing code was limited to some comments.

All of the real changes happened in the cfmask project issue (13)
