Hadoop infrastructure should be upgrade dto Hadoop2 (YARN).

- NameNode/JobTracker high availability
- Will allow us to virtualize the Namenodes + JobTrackers
- Allows us to move beyond MapReduce if desired (Spark, Hive, Tez)
- Rest apis for monitoring.
