Constrain spatial subset bounding parameters to a maximum # of pixels #205

Today, users may enter any size bounding box coordinates when performing 
spatial subsetting.  This unfortunately allows users to enter very large areas, 
which result in very large rasters being created on the back end processing 
nodes, thus running the nodes out of disk space.

Come up with a rational maximum tile size and enforce it at the UI/Validation 
level.

Suggest maximum of 10k x 10k.
