Autoset unavailable status from cdr_ecv_mapper #38

End users have the ability to submit nighttime scenes through the espa 
interface (but not through EE as its restricted to daytime only scenes) which 
causes a failure in LEDAPS processing.

Upon failure, need to have the mapper parse the logfile and check for 
'solar zenith angle out of range'.  If that exists then need to update the 
scene note with 'cannot process night scenes to surface reflectance' or 
something to that effect and automatically set the status to 'unavailable'.
