ESPA 2.2.0 Failure to subset in Albers #67

Reprojection to Albers Equal Area works great, until you try to combine it with 
a spatial subset.  These orders should provide information on the error:  
jenkerson@usgs.gov-10222013-81521, jenkerson@usgs.gov-10212013-13745, and 
jenkerson@usgs.gov-10202013-213343.

aha, mr hill notes that because the surface reflectance HDF is not being 
cleaned up, there isn't enough space to perform this function.  Once issue 68 
is resolved, subsetting is expected to work.
