qq 20190115214445 There are only three folders in the data set provided by the paper: Rain_Heavy/train2018new, Rain_Medium/train2018new, Rain_light/train2018new Other folder data sets do not exist, it will affect the program running? Where is it? thank you very much!

this code is not very precise, you need correct it correspond to the paper, although there is not lots of details in the paper, so in my opinion, try to fix it in your own way.
